PRICES
We strive to keep prices on our website current, but they are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or special handling. If you have questions call us at 800-572-3220 for the latest price information.

PAYMENT
We accept Purchase Orders from customers with established accounts. Please contact us at 800-572-3220 if you would like to establish an account with terms.
We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. We are unable to automatically process your credit card payments when ordering through our online B2B Ecommerce portal at this time. We are able to process your credit card offline, please call us at 800-572-3220, to use a credit card for payment.

TERMS
All prices are FOB Salem, Virginia or shipping point.

REGISTERED EVA and SMALL BUSINESS
Control Equipment Company is register with EVA and SWAM Certified as a Small Business by the Commonwealth of Virginia.

MINIMUM ORDERS
We DO NOT have a minimum order.

SALES TAX
We collect sales tax on sales in Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina. You will be charged sales tax unless you have a current sales tax exempt certificate on file with our office.

SHIPPING INFORMATION and CHARGES
Shipments will be made in the most economical manner using FedEx Ground or Motor Freight. All orders are shipped PREPAID and ADD unless other arrangements have been made. Please contact us as 800-572-3220 if you have any questions.

DAMAGE AND/OR SHORTAGE
Title passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the freight carrier regardless of the method of shipment. If any concealed or visible damage is found, the carrier should be notified within 5 days and an inspection request made. Damage claims should be filed by the consignee with the carrier. Control Equipment Company will assist you, but will not assume any responsibility for payment of claims or replacement of the material. If shortage is due to the carriers’ error, the consignee should file claim with the carrier. If a shortage is due to our error, we will issue a credit for the shortage or free replacement. We will not be responsible for damage due to freezing. Shipments made during freezing weather are made at the buyer’s risk.

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned only with prior authorization of Control Equipment Company. When requesting a return authorization, please include the invoice number, SKU, solution lot number, and reason for the return. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge based upon the purchase price. Return shipments must be prepaid unless prior authorization to return collect has been obtained from Control Equipment Company.

USE OF PRODUCTS
All products sold by Control Equipment Company on this website are for laboratory and production use only. They may not be used as drugs, cosmetics, or food additives nor for any household use. We assume that all items we supply will be used by personnel professionally competent in their use and handling, and responsibility for safe use rests entirely with the buyer and/or end user. Control Equipment Company refuses any liability for damage arising to users or property as a result of their disregarding national safety regulations pertaining to dangerous and toxic substances or the incorrect handling, storage or disposal of its products.

Control Equipment Company will invoke, for the benefit of the buyer, the guarantee or warranty of the manufacturer of the equipment or merchandise.
